Our Cancellation Policy
We value the time of our clients and of our stylists; this is why we require that all clients provide a credit card in order to book an appointment. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, we do ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment that you do so at least 24 hours prior.
Failure to do so affects our stylists financially and will thus result in you being charged for 100% of the cost of your scheduled service. By booking an appointment with us, you are acknowledging and in agreement with these terms.
